Day 2 — Feel it all. Under the overthinking lives everything you've been too busy to feel. This session opens the door. Gently. You give your body permission to show you what it's been carrying — and you let it go.
Day 3 — Choose different. You've felt the quiet. You've felt yourself. Now you move from a completely different place. This session is where the old pattern ends and the new version of your life begins.
THE METHOD USED
BREATHWORK combines rhythmic breathing with specially composed soundscapes — creating a state of deep release that thinking alone can never reach. No analysis. No explaining. Your nervous system integrates what became visible in the first two sessions — and you walk out as someone who no longer feels their limit from the inside.
What emerges: Integration. The limit dissolves — not as an idea, but as a body experience.
